Anti-Jewish discrimination: German state policy of Hitlerism confirmed

A letter from Olga Fridman, Germany

Dear JUST Response,

Re: German anti-Jewish discrimination not just academic (JUST Response, August 2 2004)

I have just read Mr Kogan's letter, "German anti-Jewish discrimination not just academic", and I must say that it corresponds to my own thoughts so much! I too am a Russian Jewess who lives in Germany after emigrating in the early 90s and I can confirm that every Russian Jew who lives in this frightful country often has to face, in one form or another, similar German sadist and fascist attitudes, starting with German officials.

The bitterest point is that you can't find any media source to bring this horror to world attention. And yes, I fully agree with the author that this is a state policy of Hitlerism – and all of my fellow Russian Jews in Germany would agree too.

Mr. Kogan’s story appears too trustworthy to raise any serious doubts, and there is no doubt that the "Judische Gemeinde", the Jewish Community in Germany, is perfectly aware of everything since the issue has already received so much attention. But they do not intend to do anything about it. They do not consider it their business to defend you if, as a Jew, you are being destroyed!

I hope you can publish my letter and thank you in advance.

With best regards,

Olga Fridman
Munich, Germany
